You can return or exchange for any reason within 30 days and Tumble will cover all costs to return your rugs! There are absolutely no hidden fees!

In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be in new and sellable condition. All returned items must have no visible damage, stains, or pet hair.

To initiate a return/exchange, please visit our Returns / Exchange Center.

Upon completing the form, we'll email you a prepaid FedEx return label.

Items that are "In Stock" will ship from our California warehouse within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the contiguous US could take 3-7 days.
