How do I remove a stain from my Tumble?Updated 7 months ago

If you notice a stain on your Tumble, it should be promptly addressed. Please note that if the stain is not addressed quickly and is allowed to set into the fibers of the rug, it can become more challenging to remove. The sooner you attend to a stain or spill, the easier it is to clean.

In order to work out the stains, we recommend taking the following steps: 1) Start by blotting the stain with a wet towel, 2) Spray the area with a spot cleaner and continue to blot with a towel  3) If spot cleaning doesn't fully resolve the issue, we recommend washing the rug with the design facing outwards.
