Why do you fold the rugs before shipping? Doesn't that damage the rug?

We fold our rugs to minimize the transportation cost from our facility to your home. Rolled rugs are bulkier, more difficult to handle, and more expensive to ship. Shipping in a box not only saves you money but it offers the best customer experience:
